These terms govern your use of printerreference.info, operated by Deepanshu ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using this site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Purpose of this site — educational only
This site is an independent educational publication. Everything on it is provided for general information and digital literacy purposes only. We provide no technical support, troubleshooting, diagnosis, installation, configuration, or repair service, and we do not undertake to act for you in any capacity. Decisions you take about your own equipment, software, and network are yours alone, and you should verify any material step against the manufacturer's own documentation before acting on it.
3. No affiliation with manufacturers
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorised by, sponsored by, or operated by HP Inc., Seiko Epson Corporation, Brother Industries, Ltd., or any other manufacturer, retailer, or software publisher. Manufacturer and product names appear on this site solely to identify the products and search phrases under discussion. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used descriptively. We have no authority to act on any manufacturer's behalf and no access to any manufacturer's systems, records, warranties, or accounts.
4. No downloads, no support channel, no remote access
We do not host, mirror, or bundle drivers, firmware, applications, installers, or any other executable or downloadable file. Links to manufacturers lead only to their own domains, are labelled as leaving this site, and are never direct links to files. We operate no telephone helpline, no call-back service, and no live chat. We will never contact you unsolicited, never request remote access to your device, and never ask for passwords, verification codes, or payment details. Any website, telephone number, pop-up message, or caller claiming to represent Printer Setup Reference and doing any of those things is not us, and should be treated as fraudulent.
5. Accuracy, currency, and availability
We take reasonable care to be accurate, and we review our pages periodically. Nevertheless, product names, software availability, connection methods, manufacturer web addresses, and platform support change without notice and outside our control. We make no representation that the content of this site is complete, current, or applicable to your particular device or circumstances. We may change, suspend, or remove any part of the site at any time, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
This site and all of its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. The text, layout, illustrations, and structure of this site are owned by Deepanshu or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and other laws. You may read, print, and share individual pages for personal, non-commercial use, and you may quote briefly with attribution and a link. 10. Acceptable use
